8x6mm Three Lilies Ring
The Greeks praised the Lily as the symbol for motherhood and birth. Hera, herself, gave dawn to both the Milky Way and earthly lilies together. Later, Christianity adopted the symbol for the ultimate mother, the Virgin Mary. The Fleur de Lis, or Lily of the Valley, has been the symbol of France for centuries. The three petals have similar significance to the Triscalia of Celtic origins. This magnificent flower also became very popular during the Art Nouveau movement in the late 19th century. In some traditions, it is the flower for 30th wedding anniversaries, a celebration truly worth such a precious flower! The Lily signifies health and prosperity and would certainly be a perfect gift for any mother in your life.
Prices are for metal work only. Stones are sold separately
